Cleaning Service Pricing
Pricing is variable, with rates starting at $35, $40, and $45 an hour depending on the type of job requested. Some factors effecting the cost include the size of the space to be cleaned, number of bathrooms and distance to the job location.
Multiple Cleaners
In some cases, on larger jobs, we will add more cleaners. In these cases, the cost will be per cleaner, as your timing would be cut in half of the initial time required for one cleaner.
Arrival Times
Please allow up to an hour delay on your cleaning slot, as sometimes it is unavoidable. (ex: traffic, delays, etc). We apologise for any inconvenience.
Cancellations
If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 24 hours notice. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to use that time slot. A 50% cancellation fee will be required for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 80% if less than 2 hours before.
Deposit
We require a $100 non refundable deposit on all deep cleans. This will be deducted from your final total on cleaning day. We expect every effort to keep this appointment and may in some cases refund the deposit depending on the issue.
Refunds
Totes Tidy does not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please message us privately and we will fix the situation to the best of our ability.
Safety
We reserve the right to deny any job task if we feel it is unsafe or unsanitary. We will however, make every effort to accommodate you the best we can.
Large Amounts of Clutter
Please insure all areas are free of large amounts of clutter. Areas may be skipped or cleaned around if we are unable to get to them, or require us to move too many items.
Ornaments
We do not clean ornaments of any kind for fear of breaking them. We may just lift them to clean beneath. If you are not comfortable with ornaments being moved, please let us know in advance. We cannot be responsible for any breakages that may occur.
Time Limits
We cannot allow time constraints on cleanings. We want to provide you with high quality work. We are unable to guarantee this if we are working within a time limit.
