First Visit

All first visits begin with a deep clean (Reset) to bring the home to a maintainable standard.

Team

Depending on the size of your home, there may be one or more cleaners.

Arrival Window

We may arrive within a one-hour window of your scheduled time due to traffic or delays.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

Less than 24 hours: 50% fee

Same day: 80% fee

Deposit (Deep Cleans)

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied to your final invoice.

Service Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, if anything is missed, please let us know within 24-hours and we will gladly return to address it.

Safety

We reserve the right to deny any job task if we feel it is unsafe or unsanitary. We will however, make every effort to accommodate you the best we can.

Home Preparation

To ensure the best results, we ask that surfaces are reasonably cleared. Areas with heavy clutter may be worked around. 

Ornaments

If there are delicate or sentimental items you would prefer to remain untouched, please let us know in advance.

Time and Quality

We focus on detailed, high-quality work rather than rushing through a set time limit.
