Are products provided?
Yes! Totes Tidy will supply all necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning services. Any organizing products that have to be purchased will be billed to you.

Please let us know before hand if you would prefer us to use your own products. Also let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We will try our best to accommodate you.
What is your policy regarding pets?
We consider pets to be a part of the family and we will treat them as such.

Let us know about any special requests you might have ahead of time, to ensure we make them feel safe and comfortable.
What is your policy on delicate or cherished items?
Sometimes cleaning requires us to move furniture. Please be advised that if you request a deep clean, you are giving Totes Tidy permission to do so. ​

If you are uncomfortable with us moving furniture or ornaments, please be sure to let us know beforehand. We cannot be held liable for accidents.
What should I do to prepare before a cleaning?
We just ask that our clients make sure all surface areas and floors are free of clutter. This ensures that we can clean in a safe and efficient manner. We will take care of the rest.
Do I have to book a certain amount of time?
Ongoing maintenance cleaning has a 2 hour minimum. Deep cleans and home Resets have a 4 hour minimum. There is no maximum cleaning time.

Organizing service times will be estimated at time of assessment.
