Are products provided?

Totes Tidy will provide all necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning services. Any products purchased for organization projects will be included in the final invoice.

Please let us know in advance if you would prefer us to use your own products. Also, let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We will try our best to accommodate you.

What is your policy regarding pets?

We consider pets to be a part of the family, and we will treat them as such. Let us know about any special requests you might have ahead of time, to ensure we make them feel safe and comfortable.

What should I do to prepare before a cleaning?

We just ask that our clients make sure all surface areas and floors are free of clutter. This ensures that we can clean in a safe and efficient manner. We will take care of the rest.
