Why choose Totes Tidy?

We are professional, friendly and we are dedicated to making our clients 100% happy with our service.

We are a pet and child-friendly business and we care about what you breath in. We only use products with safe ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in the air, keeping everyone in your family safe and healthy.

I'm interested in purchasing an organizing service. What's the process?

Firstly, I will ask you a few questions regarding your lifestyle and organizing needs. This allows me to get to know you and access what your goals are for your enviornment.

Next, we will set up an appointment. This allows us to view the space you want organized and conduct an assessment report helping us identify the degree of organization and estimate how long the project will take. There is a flat fee of $50 for this visit.

After the assessment, we will discuss and advise you on the professional organizing services that best suit your needs.

Are products provided?

Yes! Totes Tidy will supply all necessary supplies and equipment for every service. Any organizing products that have to be purchased will be billed to you.

Please let us know before hand if you would prefer us to use your own products. Also let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We will try our best to accomodate you.

What is your policy regarding pets?

We consider pets to be a part of the family and we will treat them as such.

Let us know about any special requests you might have ahead of time, to ensure we make them feel safe and comfortable.

What is your policy on delicate or cherished items?

Sometimes cleaning requires us to move furniture. Please be advised that if you request a deep clean, you are giving Totes Tidy permission to do so. 

​

We do not clean ornaments on shelves, dresser etc. We just lift to clean beneath.

If you are uncomfortable with us moving furniture or ornaments, please be sure to let us know beforehand. We cannot be held liable for accidents.

What should I do to prepare before a cleaning?

We just ask that our clients make sure all surface areas and floors are free of clutter. This ensures that we can clean in a safe and efficient manner. We will take care of the rest.

Do I have to book a certain amount of time?

Regular cleans have a 2 hour minimum. Deep cleans have a 3 hour minimum. There is no maximum cleaning time.

Organizing service times will be estimated at time of assessment.

Which areas do you serve?

Totes Tidy is based in Conception Bay South. We also service surrounding areas.
